Abstract: The topic of this research is the impact of learning styles on adult education effectiveness. This study aimed to examine how different learning styles affect the success and efficiency of adult education programs. The objectives were to assess the correlation between learning styles and educational outcomes, to evaluate the effectiveness of various teaching methods tailored to different learning styles, and to identify best practices for integrating diverse learning styles into adult education programs. A survey research design was employed to collect data from adult learners with varying learning preferences, as this design facilitates the analysis of relationships between learning styles and educational effectiveness. A sample size of 320 adult learners was selected to ensure a representative distribution of learning styles. The purposive sampling technique was used to focus on participants with identifiable learning styles and their experiences. The case study focused on educational settings in Anambra, Nigeria. Findings revealed that aligning teaching methods with learners' preferred styles significantly enhanced educational effectiveness and learner satisfaction. The study recommended adopting a flexible teaching approach that accommodates multiple learning styles to improve overall program outcomes.
